ITE 106: Creating a Pitch Presentation

Intensity Level:  Intense 

This course will help you prepare to spread your idea...or at least learn how to create an idea that spreads.​ You will learn how to create slides for a presentation that will help you clearly explain your idea, the problem you are solving, and how people can get involved and help you grow the solution. Work with our team to help you craft the pitch deck that gets you paid!

This class helps prepare our scholars to:

  • Develop a professional pitch that investors respond to

  • Evaluate their classmate's pitches and learn the right questions to ask

  • Understand what to do after you deliver a killer pitch

What happens in this class?
ITE 106: Creating a Pitch Presentation

Our instructors are all entrepreneurs that own, operate, and still growing real businesses. Each instructor will bring their own lived experience and strategies to the scholars via conversational instruction, interactive videos, games and activities, and guest visits throughout the program. The classes are taught in a high-end office space with provided snacks, coffee, water, and tea. Each session is filled with fun and friendly coursework, and each scholar is prepped with the items that they will need to bring to each daily session.

 

Be ready to collaborate with others, stretched to learn new strategies that you will use while you are in a session, and be introduced to digital tech skills that you can use for your business idea or at your next career opportunity.

Scholarships and Tuition

Tuition for our scholars (applicants) is always completely free. In fact, for some cohorts, we pay a stipend to our scholars to help subsidize the cost of transportation, meals, and child care during the program. 

FSB is a sponsored program, so each of our cohorts is sponsored by a funding partner that issues scholarships for each of our scholars. Contact us to learn how to become a sponsor for FSB.
