Refund Policy

 

Postcard orders are final. If your postcard(s) is/are returned by the correctional facility, we are happy to provide Flikshop credit(s) to your account. Please email us at info@flikshop.com to notify us that your postcards were returned and request your account credits.​​

 

Cancellations/Modifications

 

Once your Flikshop order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel your postcard order.​​

 

Damaged Postcards

 

Flikshop postcards go through an extensive quality control process before leaving our production facility and we address any blemishes or defects before postcards are mailed. We are unable to provide refunds for damaged postcards.​

 

Unused Flikshop Credits

 

We are happy to refund any unused credits in your account within 120 days of purchase. Please email us at info@flikshop.com to request a refund for unused credits.​​
